What You’ll Receive
Licensing Agreement and Fees
- Initial License Fee: $100,000 (payable upfront or in four monthly installments of $25,000)
- Renewal: Every 4 years
- Royalty Fee: 10% of gross monthly client payments
- Exclusive Territory: No other franchises within a 75-mile radius
Training and Support
- In-person training for your staff at our original company location
- Instruction in all programs you select
- Additional new programs included over time
- Support with accounting setup and compliance with state regulations
- Guidance on insurance, safety, and operational requirements
Advertising and Branding
- Listed on our website as an official franchise
- Permission to use the Gateways to Transformation trade name
- Inclusion in advertising campaigns
Insurance and Compliance
Franchise owners must maintain:
- Property insurance
- Liability insurance
- Equine or farm animal insurance if applicable
- Individual liability insurance for therapists and coaches
All animals must be up to date on vaccinations. Waivers are required for all franchise businesses.
Franchisees are responsible for following all state laws, including ensuring licensed therapists are employed where required.

Accountability and Standards
Your business must be operated in line with Gateways to Transformation standards, including:
- Maintaining required insurance policies
- Adhering to state-specific regulations for therapy and coaching
- Providing professional, safe, and ethical services
Failure to comply with these requirements may result in termination of the license agreement.
