Enrichment Programs & Outpatient Therapy Programs - Ongoing Support

Our programs are for those who are looking for in-depth intensive outpatient therapy programs or transitional enrichment programs.

Outpatient programs help those transitioning from a residential treatment program back into day to day life.  These programs allow clients to stay at home and attend to responsibilities while they work on their issues or get relapse support.   It is also a good way to get real therapeutic assistance if the issues you are dealing with don't require residential treatment, round-the-clock supervision or substance detoxification.

These programs are recommended for those who are:

  • Transitioning from inpatient care back to day-to-day life
  • Have completed inpatient care and need a treatment touch-up
  • Dealing with new or old issues that are not severe or firmly fixed

There are two levels of participation:

  1. Outpatient Program (OP)- Meet any 2 days mid-week for two or three hours, morning or afternoon.
  2. Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) - Meet 4 days a week (Mon-Thur) for four hour sessions morning or afternoon.

Participants choose the appropriate program from the list of our offered programs below. Once three people have signed up the program will start. You can download the list here, or contact us for further information.

If you are looking for residential inpatient therapy, please visit our sister organization: Rites of Passage

Rites of Passage and Gateways to Transformation businesses are joining up to share a 40-acre farm space with separate addresses on that property and separate buildings of operation at seven thousand feet, in the Colorado Rocky Mountains in Delta County Colorado.

Rites of Passage is an established holistic residential trauma and mental health facility that is now allowing up to four individuals18 and over, to come into this program at one address on this property at the residential partial hospital level of care. This program is able to be seen on www.ritesofpassage.co for full information for spaces available and intake information call 970-921-4563 or text 303-859-7385 and leave your name, and email address requesting Rites of Passage Info kit.

Gateways to Transformation, LLC is a sister company of Rites of Passage.

Gateways shares the property and is both a lower level of therapy business as well as a retreat center which also allows events and other programs on the property.

Gateways to Transformation’s therapy programs include many different intensive outpatient programs as well as transitional living on the property in different housing addresses from the Rites of Passage Program.

In this program, there are 10 transitional living space beds available in two different addresses on the property for 3 to 6 months, if signed up for an IOP (intensive outpatient program) here. This allows individuals who are too far away from our program to drive every here daily, to live onsite in a much less restrictive environment than residential and participate in our programs as needed. This also allows people who choose this option to leave the property for work or to go home for weekends as they wish.

Gateways to Transformation can work with most insurance programs except United, Kaiser, and Tricare for intensive outpatient programs, but the insurance would be out of network and would need to be preapproved before client’s intake for this program if not doing self-pay.

No insurance will reimburse for transitional living, so all transitional living space beds would be self-pay. For information on this program go to www.gatewaystotransformation.com or contact 303-859-7385 for more information.
