Gateways to Transformation offers a combination long term young adult transitional living program. This program includes an intensive outpatient phase with transitional living for three to six months and when ready, a step-down to our Quest Gap Year Program.
At Gateways to Transformation we are familiar with the challenges facing young adults who struggling to thrive. The full program from Therapy into the Quest Gap Year program was born from the desire to help young adults transition into adult living.
