Therapy Intensive Outpatient Programs – Open Enrollment
These programs are recommended for those who are:
- Transitioning from inpatient care back to day-to-day life
- Have completed inpatient care and need a treatment touch-up
- Dealing with new or old issues that are not severe or firmly fixe
- Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) – Meet 4 days a week (Mon-Thur) for four hour sessions morning or afternoon.

Gateways to Transformation, LLC is a sister company of Rites of Passage.
Gateways shares the property and is both a lower level of therapy care as well as a retreat center which also allows events and other programs on the property.
Gateways to Transformation’s therapy programs include many different intensive outpatient programs as well as transitional living on the property.
In this program, there are 10 transitional living space beds available in two different addresses on the property for 3 to 6 months, if signed up for an IOP (intensive outpatient program) here. This allows individuals who are too far away from our program to drive every here daily, to live onsite in a much less restrictive environment than residential and participate in our programs as needed. This also allows people who choose this option to leave the property for work or to go home for weekends as they wish. Transitional living is only available to 18 and over clients.
Gateways to Transformation Therapy programs can be submitted to insurance for reimbursement. No insurance will reimburse for transitional living, so all transitional living space beds would be self-pay.
Intensive outpatient programs are $12,000.00 a month
Transitional living with a semiprivate room and organic food provided, is $6,000.00 a month if needed. Together they are much less expensive than most intensive outpatient programs.
