Residential Farm Therapy Program

Gateways to Transformations Farm Therapy Program is structured as transitional living on our campus while engaging in a seven day a week extended care intensive outpatient level Mental Health Farm Therapy Program on a 40-acre working permaculture farm and retreat center in Delta County on the western slope of Colorado.

We serve adults, ages 18 and older with diagnoses of Childhood Trauma, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Borderline Personality Disorder, Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), Anxiety disorders, Bipolar disorder, Depression, Major Depression, Extended Grief, Autism-spectrum related issues and related mental health challenges.
